B of Joy Cooperative, hereinafter referred to as B of Joy co-op, BoJC for short, is a European cooperative (SCE). The SCE is similar to a multinational company. The main difference is that within this SCE, it’s exclusively owned by members. SCE members have limited liability. This never exceeds the funds deposited by the members. Anyone aged 18 and above may participate in B of Joy co-op.
Vision & Mission The vision of B of Joy co-op centres on a “Good Stewardship of All Life”. The vision is based on "The Declaration of Peace" (DP) and "The New Declaration of Human Rights" (NDHR). These declarations lay the foundation for the realisation of a peaceful world where prosperity, welfare and well-being are the norm. As our awareness grows, we discover that (almost) anything is possible. After all, we ourselves are always the change.
B of Joy co-op's mission is making available subservient financial products and services to develop and promote local interest-free economies. This is done primarily for the benefit of its members in the European Economic Area (EEA) and secondarily worldwide. This includes the circular local internal URA currency as a unit of account within the URA platform. B of Joy co-op is the “House of the People” and the URA a means to serve society.

The B of Joy co-op boardThe B of Joy co-op board originated from a civic initiative of professionals. This initiative foresaw well in advance, that a need for positive cooperative changes would arise within society. The current board consists of five passionate individuals from the business community, non-profit organizations, universities and the financial world. The board is committed to a happy future for you, your children and grandchildren. Now it is up to the people to join.
