Dear interested party and dearly appreciated participants,
With the signing of the statutes and the fulfilment of all European legal rules and requirements, the long-awaited moment has finally arrived: B of Joy co-op SCE has been formally established.
This milestone took place on September 27 2025 at a notary's office in Enschede with three board members on site and two board members with a digital proxy.
Now, this critical foundation we have been writing and speaking about in lectures, videos and newsletters over the past few years has become a reality. If this isn't great news, what is?
Thank you for your patience and trust in what the UPF team of volunteers, together with you as an EMC-holder, supporter and donor, have achieved. We hope you enjoy reading this newsletter.

The team members would also like to express their deep gratitude to the many people who have worked tirelessly over the past few years to achieve this milestone. You can be sure this spirit strengthened and inspired the team to navigate through the many challenges.
The official establishment of B of Joy co-op SCE marks an important step forward, as it provides a foundation and starting point for "The House of the People”.
As mentioned in previous newsletters, getting to this point is a tangible example of innovative, professional and sustainable work. The establishment is a unique masterpiece.
Although there is still much to be done to provide the cooperative with all the necessary tools and components, there is a prevailing sense of pride and joy. A summary of what is already available or will become available to B or Joy cooperative members can be found on this page.
As you know, you can follow further progress via posts on the news page, but ultimately it is you, the members of the cooperative, who, through your participation, in accordance with Good Stewardship of ALL Life, are actually building a world in which prosperity, well-being and welfare are once again the norm.
Have you seen the translation and marketing vacancies in the news flashes or on social media?
We are pleased to announce that two new marketing staff members have now joined the team. They provide support and bring new inspiration and fresh perspectives. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for applying and welcome them to the team.
In the field of translation, there is still room for new volunteers. As an EMC holder, supporter or donor, are you able to help translate your own new BoJC website into FRENCH, PORTUGUESE or GERMAN? If so, please see the related news flash.
You've probably seen these participants from the previous campaign? To encourage the use of the URA platform and grow the member community, you can help promote B of Joy co-op by showing others your SMILE. The next Happy Face will be featured on the website later this year.
And if you haven't done so yet, now is the time to make a choice, one can talk about it for hours, but only by DOING will things change.
All B of Joy co-op members welcome you. Check out the “join us” page on the current BoJC website for ways you can participate. There you will find options to sign up as a volunteer, donor, supporter, and EMC member. The new website, which is currently under construction, will provide updated and more specific information, particularly with regard to the EMC and supporter options.
Now that the cooperative has been established, we would also like to send out a survey that will provide the team with information to optimise its communication approach in line with the new status.
It is often unintentionally overlooked that BoJC is a member cooperative, "The House of the People”, and that the members shape that House. It is therefore the members who are responsible for the development and growth of the cooperative, which means then much more can be done in terms of innovative projects and the like.
That is why we need your input to gain a better understanding of what our members want. Your feedback will enable us to further optimise our communication approach, among other things.
Completing this survey will take approximately 10 minutes, and your answers will be treated as strictly confidential. The survey will be sent out in a separate email shortly and we would greatly appreciate it if you would make your voice heard. It will help the team to better respond to your needs and those of your fellow members.
